A Trusted Postpartum Nurse
Hi, I’m Claire—a postpartum nurse with years of experience supporting mothers and newborns in high-risk delivery settings. Throughout my career, I've witnessed the overwhelming transition new parents face when moving from the hospital to home. While the hospital stay is short, the questions, concerns, and emotional challenges can linger long after discharge.
That’s why I created Nurtured by Claire—to help bridge the gap between hospital care and life at home, offering personalized, virtual postpartum education and support. My virtual courses are designed to provide new parents with the tools, knowledge, and confidence they need, all from the comfort of their own home.
Due to my current schedule, I am no longer able to take on new in-home clients, but I’m excited to offer you the same compassionate care and expertise through my carefully crafted virtual classes. These courses cover everything from what to expect in the first 24-48 hours after delivery to how to care for yourself and your newborn during those first crucial weeks.
I’m also a mom of two. My first baby was born small, had jaundice, and struggled with colic. I’ve been through the sleepless nights, the overwhelming stress, and the unanswered questions that come with new parenthood. This personal experience, combined with my professional background, gives me a deep understanding of what families truly need during this time.
Whether you're navigating postpartum recovery, learning baby care basics, or trying to support your partner, I’m here to guide you every step of the way through my virtual courses. You don’t have to go through it alone—I’ll help you feel prepared, supported, and empowered.
Because every mother deserves to feel nurtured, seen, and empowered.
Because you deserve more than Google searches and conflicting advice.
As a seasoned postpartum nurse and mother of two, I offer something the internet can’t: real-life, personalized guidance backed by medical training, hands-on experience, and deep empathy.
The internet gives general answers. I give you:
Clear, evidence-based education tailored to your baby and recovery
Calm, in-person support when you’re overwhelmed
Practical solutions for real struggles like jaundice, colic, feeding, healing, and sleep
A safe space to ask the “embarrassing” or emotional questions you’d never find in a blog post
I’ve helped hundreds of moms navigate the postpartum phase in the hospital and I am excited to provide my services at home—plus, I’ve lived it myself.
My goal is to make postpartum feel easier, less stressful, and far more supported. I want to guide new moms not with generalized advice from textbooks or internet threads, but with personalized care tailored to their unique journey—so they can focus more on bonding, healing, and finding joy in their new role.
You don’t have to do this alone. Let me help you feel empowered, seen, and personally supported—not just informed.
